Privacy Policy
ZuccaMun Publisher is a private, owner-operated tool used by Vladimir Dubrovsky (“we”, “us”, or “the operator”) to upload and manage original video content on the operator’s own YouTube channel. It is not offered as a public service and does not provide access to third-party users.
1. Information processed
After the operator grants access through Google OAuth 2.0, the tool may process:
- the authorized YouTube channel ID, title, and handle;
- video files selected by the operator for upload;
- operator-supplied metadata including title, description, tags, language, category, audience designation, synthetic-media disclosure, privacy status, and publication time;
- YouTube video IDs, upload status, processing status, and technical response data required to verify uploads; and
- OAuth access and refresh credentials needed for authorized operations.
The tool does not request or store the operator’s Google password, two-factor authentication codes, contacts, email messages, payment data, or advertising data.
2. How information is used
- Verify that the authorized account controls the intended YouTube channel.
- Upload the operator’s original videos to that channel.
- Apply operator-selected metadata, audience settings, disclosures, privacy settings, and schedules.
- Verify upload and processing outcomes.
- Maintain secure OAuth authorization for future owner-requested operations.
3. Sharing and sale
We do not sell, rent, license, or share Google user data with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties. Data is sent to Google and YouTube only as necessary to perform operator-authorized API operations. Infrastructure providers may process encrypted network traffic or stored data only as required to operate the private server.
4. Storage and security
OAuth credentials are stored only on a private server controlled by the operator. Secret files are excluded from source control and protected with restrictive filesystem permissions. Credentials are not written to application logs or sent through chat. Video files and metadata are retained only as needed for the operator’s publishing workflow and recordkeeping.
5. Retention, deletion, and revocation
OAuth credentials are retained until the operator revokes access, replaces the credentials, or stops using the tool. Access can be revoked at any time from Google Account security settings. Local credentials and related stored data can then be deleted from the server. Uploaded videos remain subject to the operator’s settings and YouTube’s retention practices.
6. Google API Services User Data Policy
7. Children
The tool is not directed to children and is not offered to public users. Audience designations for individual uploaded videos are set deliberately by the operator in accordance with YouTube requirements.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated if the tool’s functionality or data practices change. The effective date will be revised when material changes are made.
